*I'll probably substitute titanium bolts and aluminum lock nuts later.
**Replacing the philips head screw that comes with the servo. Also use blue loctite.
***DA will send a mated connection for the ignition. I soldered that connection directly to the Fromeco Badger Switch.
****I used 2 pin Deans Plugs to connect the charge jacks to the batteries.

## Rudder Linkages: I made the linkages for the rudder out of 4-40 all thread and carbon fiber tube. Once I had the lengths on the 4-40 set to where I had the desired resolution, I cut the CF tubing to length. Then I mixed up some 30 minute epoxy and covered the all thread in epoxy, before I slipped the CF tube over it, then I screwed the ball link on. THE CF tubing is cut to the exact length so that the control horn on one end of the rod and the ball link at the other snug up on it.

^^^ Replace the screw which the control horn pivots on. It is a phillips head screw which attached to a square brass nut. I guess you could loctite the screw, but I want to know for sure. I like to replace it with a little longer flat head socket screw and a lock nut. I would recommend going to
Fastener Express and getting aluminum bolts and lock nuts.

This plane ROCKS!
